Researched SINGH <br />information on the internet. Discussed with Natalia S. <br />Contacted complainant for pictures. Updated file. <br />Received a picture from the complainant. Complainant mentioned the hole was <br />dug and junk placed inside of the hole in September 2022. <br />01/11/2023 5944 E Hwy 26, Stockton - Complaint inspection. The inspection was conducted <br />with Natalia S. (Program Coordinator). We knocked on the door but there was no <br />answer. The backyard was viewable from the sideyard, east of the home. Junk <br />inside of a hole was not observed in the backyard. I left my business card on the <br />front door. <br />SINGH <br />I went for another inspection in the afternoon. I met with the property owner, Floyd <br />Gunter, and Pam at the property. Mr. Gunter stated he is aware who the <br />complainant is. He admitted there is a family feud between himself and his <br />daughter, who lives next door. He mentioned he sold his property (5936 E Hwy 26, <br />Stockton) to his daughter, but after his wife passed away there has been a family <br />feud between him and his daughter. He mentioned the main disagreement is <br />regarding the easement on his daughter's property. She will not allow him access <br />to it to get to the back of hs property. I asked Mr. Gunter about the excavated hole. <br />He stated the hole was actually a 2 foot swimming pool that he demolished. He <br />had brick, clay and soil filled into it. The soil was from Allen's, per Mr. Gunter. He <br />had a contractor lay out a concrete slab over the area. I informed Mr. Gunter that I <br />will discuss the matter with my supervisor and inform him of the decision via <br />phone call. Mr. Gunter gave permission to take pictures. <br />Notes: Multiple inspections conducted on this date, travel time varied. <br />01/11/2023 5944 E Hwy 26 - I received a call from the homeowner, Floyd Gunter. He stated SINGH <br />he's at home and he would prefer EHD to take a look at the cemented area. <br />01/12/2023 5944 E Hwy 26- Discussed complaint with Natalia S. I called Floyd Gunter& Pam SINGH <br />and left a message on their answering machine stating I will have a response for <br />them by next week.
