Underground Storage Tank <br /> Secondary Containment Testing Report Form <br /> 9. COMMENTS <br /> Tanks have Brine Filled Tank Secondary Containment, and are exempt from periodic testing. <br /> Note: All three UDC's at this UST Facility will not maintain hydrostatic test level and have a gross <br /> loss of >.030 in 30 minutes. No visual signs of bubbles in test water to indicate source of loss. <br /> Recommend a repair contractor be consulted to locate source of loss and make repairs. <br /> Note: Replaced Test Boot on Diesel Secondary Pipe at Piping Sump, prior to testing. <br /> Note: Electrical Penetration in Diesel Piping Sump showing signs of material degradation on outer <br /> shell. Penetration is filled with a polyurethane sealant. No loss during hydrostatic test. <br /> PS=Piping Sump. Sat=Satelite. <br /> All tests marked "Fail"and any repairs made before or during the tightness test must be described in <br /> the COMMENTS section. <br /> Page 5 of 5 <br />
