Monitoring records <br /> include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2)monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance <br /> records; (3)results of any visual observations; (4)results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5)logs <br /> of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6)results of <br /> inventory readings and reconciliations. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain all missing maintenance and monitoring records for the <br /> last three years on site. Submit copies of any missing work orders and alarm records to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 207 CCR 2716(f)Failure to maintain designated operator inspection reports and all attachments on site for 36 months. <br /> OBSERVATION: The March,April, May,June, July,August, September, October and November 2022 designated <br /> operator inspection reports were not found on site during the inspection. The Alarm history and worker orders were <br /> not found on site during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Designated operator inspection reports prior to October 1, 2018 shall be retained on <br /> site for twelve months. Designated operator inspection reports on or after October 1, 2018 shall be retained on site <br /> for thirty-six months. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate and ensure that copies of the previous thirty-six months of designated operator <br /> inspection reports are maintained on site.
