Corrected on site, sanitizing solution will be manually mixed to provide 200 ppm quat minimum at 3 comp <br /> sink and in sanitizer buckets until sanitizer dispenser is serviced, both sanitize compartment and sanitizer buckets had 300 <br /> ppm quat. Email evidence that sanitizer dispenser is working properly to dafonskaia@sjgov.org in 1 week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized.
