Food for public consumption can not be prepared at home,food served to public must be from <br /> an approved source/permitted facility. <br /> During inspection observed nacho chip ingredients in side storage room with ice machine and hot dog buns and condiments <br /> in walk-in. Currently facility has a bar only permit with no food prep.
