HSC 118275(a)(6)(B)-Pharmaceutical waste was observed in <br /> sharps waste containers. Conduct a training with staff covering the requirements regarding the segregation of <br /> sharps waste and pharmaceutical waste. Submit evidence of the training within 30 days. <br /> Notes: 1.
