S A N J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUNT <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> RAMIREZ BODY SHOP 1 1200 N FILBERT St, STOCKTON January 25, 2023 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years. The manifests for the year 2021 and 2020 were not available <br /> during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years <br /> from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). <br /> If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for <br /> three years. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION: The fire extinguisher located on the back wall of the shop was not fully charged. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment,spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the fire extinguisher into proper working order by repair, replacement or testing. <br /> Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 401 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to store hazardous waste in a container that is in good condition. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste was found stored on-site in containers that are not in good condition. <br /> -One of the quart sized used oil containers located on the North side of the property was leaking oil. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Hazardous waste shall be stored in a containers that are in good condition.
