EMPLOYEE MADE A CUSTOMER SANDWICH <br /> WITH GLOVES ON AND THEN TOUCHED MONEY. STARTED TO MAKE COMPLAINANT'S SANDWICH WITHOUT <br /> WASHING HANDS OR CHANGING GLOVES. COMPLAINANT ASKED EMPLOYEE TO CHANGE GLOVES AND <br /> EMPLOYEE GOT MAD AND SAID HE WOULDN'T SERVE HIM. COMPLAINANT ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER AND <br /> EMPLOYEE STATED HE WAS THE STORE MANAGER. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> Hand wash--front--100.00°F Hand wash--back--100.00°F <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> I went to facility and spoke with manager. Manager was aware of complaint. During site visit observed manager and employee <br /> serve 6 customers. During each transaction the manager and employee washed their hands and put on new gloves. <br /> Observed both hand sinks to be stocked with hand soap and paper towels. Observed assembly line was stocked with boxes <br /> of gloves. Discussed reason of site visit with manager and reviewed the store's policy regarding hand washing.
