Maintain the SB-180 sign posted in public view at all times. Correct prior to operation. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing signs shall be posted in each toilet room, directing attention to the need to thoroughly wash <br /> hands after using the restroom(113953.5)(b)No smoking signs shall be posted in food preparation, food storage, warewashing, and <br /> utensil storage areas(113978). Post this information on each side of the mobile food unit prior to operation. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: 1. The business name or the name of the operator,city state and ZIP code,and the name of the permittee if <br /> different from the business name is not clearly visible on the customer side of the mobile food facility.[§I14299(a)] 2. Business or <br /> operator name is not at least 3 inches high and address is not one inch high.[§114299(b)] 3. Sign is not in contrasting color with the <br /> vehicle exterior.[§114299(b)] 4.
