Hy4r-ogen tGnk in the nor-theGA corner of the property. <br /> 2. There are two "AST"labels on the map but no aboveground storage tanks in these locations. <br /> 3. Two labels "GEN"don't indicate that diesel fuel is stored at these locations. <br /> 4. Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)container storage outside bays 105 and 184. <br /> 5. Forklift battery storage north of the hazardous waste storage area. <br /> Violation 7: Closed violation <br /> Violation 11: Hazardous Materials—annual documented training. <br /> Please provide documentation that demonstrates that class#00160913 meets the annual documented training <br /> requirements listed here: <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br /> initial and annual refresher training.All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br /> threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to,familiarity with the following plans and <br /> procedures: <br /> (A)Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program <br /> agency. <br /> (B)Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment. <br /> (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the business site. <br /> This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three <br /> years. <br /> i <br />
