You can write your statement on the provided return to compliance form. This is basically your whole CERS submittal. I would suggest you print a copy of the CERS submittal and keep it at the gas station. If you don't have access to CERS, I would either request access so you can see these items or request a copy of the CERS submittals from Gina so you can print them out and keep it at the store. In addition, the annual submittals are due with the timeframe to submit from 11/1/2022 to 1/15/2023 for the 2023 submittal year. Please ensure the facilities submittals are made on time. 21
