Golden Gate Avenue, Stockton. <br /> The project is west of Broadway Avenue, east of Golden Gate Avenue, north of <br /> Fremont Street, and south of Anita Street. The Department has the following <br /> comments: <br /> 1 . This project as stated requires the appropriate STAA Terminal Access approvals. <br /> a. The Terminal Access application will require additional studies to <br /> determine what improvements may be necessary to safely <br /> accommodate the STAA length vehicles accessing the facility. <br /> b. If improvements or modifications are required to accommodate these <br /> vehicles, the applicant will be responsible for completing these prior to <br /> opening the facility for STAA access. <br /> c.
