All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: Steam table's temperature was observed at 126 F. Adjust unit to maintain 135 F minimum. Correct <br />today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #64 Lack of Proper Owner Identification <br />OBSERVATIONS: The mobile food facility (MFF) currently has the name of business in three-inch font, and the name of <br />owner, city, state, and zip code in one-inch font on one side of the MFF and is lacking on the driver side of the food truck. <br />Post this information and send photo of correction to cmuro@sjgov.org or text photos to 209-561-8923. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: 1. The business name or the name of the operator, city state and ZIP code, and the name of the permittee if <br />different from the business name is not clearly visible on the customer side of the mobile food facility. [§114299(a)] 2. Business or <br />operator name is not at least 3 inches high and address is not one inch high. [§114299(b)] 3. Sign is not in contrasting color with the <br />vehicle exterior.
