Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: The maximum hot water temperature for the facility was 85 F. The hot water heater temperature was <br />increased during the inspection. Toward end of inspection, the water temperature for hand sinks inside refrigerated area, 3 <br />compartment sink, mop sink, and hand sink located inside employees' restroom were all below 100 F. Adjust hot water <br />heater to maintain 120 F minimum.
