SAN 10 A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> b . A valid , current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code <br /> Council ( ICC ) <br /> c . A valid , current certificate of training from the manufacturer( s) of the component (s ) <br /> being installed <br /> 6 . The service company must provide the following documentation to the tank owner/operator for <br /> an inspector to review during the annual UST inspection : <br /> a . Description of part(s) installed ( parts list , cut sheets , etc . ) <br /> b . Name & UST ICC # of the service technician performing the work ( ICC , manufacturer <br /> certification proof, etc . ) <br /> c . Testing documentation to verify installation and functionality of the repair <br /> 7 . The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> ( CERS ) at http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/ and ensure all UST information is current . <br /> 8 . All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization ( UL , ULC , ANSI , API , ASTM , etc . ) . See California Code of <br /> Regulations ( CCR) Title 23 , Chapter 16 , Table B for a complete list . <br /> 9 . Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval . If an extension to the expiration date is <br /> required , a written request must be submitted to this office prior to the expiration date . <br /> 10 . Failure to comply with the listed conditions may result in additional fees or violations . <br /> 11 .
