THEY DO NOT DATE OR ROTATE THE FOOD, THEY STORE BLOODY AND RAW FOOD <br /> PRODUCTS NEXT TO COOKED PRODUCTS AND PRODUCE AND IT IS UNORGANIZED. COMPLAINANT ALSO <br /> ALLEGES THERE IS A RODENT PROBLEM.THERE ARE RODENT DROPPINGS ON THE SHELF ABOVE THE SINK AT <br /> THE FOOD PREP AREA, THE BINS ON THE SHELF HAVE RODENT DROPPINGS AND THEY STILL STORE FOOD <br /> INTO THE CONTAINERS.THERE ARE ALSO RODENT DROPPINGS AT THE BREAD RACK AND OFTEN TIMES, THE <br /> FRESH LOAVES OF BREAD WILL HAVE BITES TAKEN OUT FROM RODENTS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The storage shelf above the ware wash sink, at the back of the house, is lined with foil sheet and <br /> underneath it, there is few old droppings. Remove the foil sheet. Sanitize the shelf today and as needed. I inspected the walk in cooler, all food containers are covered and the raw meat <br /> stored on bottom shelves.
