Any amount but not limited to the following hazardous waste ; hazardous material spills , <br /> used oil , used oil filters , used oil - contaminated absorbent/ debris , waste antifreeze , used <br /> batteries or other universal waste , etc . — Hazardous Waste Program ( Health & Safety Code <br /> ( HSC) Sections 25404 & 25180 et sec . ) <br /> b . Reportable quantities of hazardous materials - reportable quantities are 55 gallons or more <br /> of liquids , 500 pounds for solids , or 200 cubic feet for compressed gases , with some <br /> exceptions .
