Alpine Rd, Lodi March 21, 2023 <br /> Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water (Water Board) at least six months before <br /> initiating construction of any water related improvement, as defined. The issuance of a permit to <br /> operate a small public water system by the local primacy agency (EHD) is prohibited without the <br /> concurrence of the Water Board. Please contact Brian Kidwell, P.E. with the SWRCB Division of <br /> Drinking Water at (209) 948-3963 concerning the requirements for preliminary technical report <br /> submittal prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> If the Water Board determines that an onsite well shall be used as the potable water source, a permit <br /> application to operate Small Public Water System shall be submitted to the EHD for approval prior <br /> to issuance of building permits. To issue a permit to operate, concurrence from the Water Board is <br /> required. A yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the EHD prior to sign <br /> off of the certificate of final occupancy (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-602.010 <br /> and 9-601.030.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Sections 9-602.010 and 9-601.030 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 116525 116570. <br />
