There are no proposed additional buildings. <br /> The applicant is requesting two event areas. Event area 1 is located approximately 40 feet east of N. Alpine Rd. adjacent <br /> to the existing single-family dwelling and surrounded by trees. Event area 2 is located approximately 100 feet east of N. <br /> Alpine Rd. adjacent to existing parking. Outdoor amplified sound is proposed for marketing events, large-scale accessory <br /> winery events, and wine release events. Events are limited to one event type per day. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the eastside of N. Alpine Rd., 670 feet north of E. Realty Rd., Lodi. <br /> (APN/Address: 051-070-02/ 16388 N. Alpine Rd., Lodi) (Supervisorial District: 4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This is a Notice of Intent to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project <br /> as described. San Joaquin County has determined that through the Initial Study that contains proposed mitigation measures <br /> all potentially significant effects on the environment can be reduced to a less than significant level.
