The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br />addressed for BROCCHINI FARMS as of February 13, 2023. <br />Open violations from September 19, 2022 inspection <br />Violation #5 - Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br />site. <br />OBSERVATION: The following were found on site that have not been reported to CERS. <br />- Five 250 cu ft green cylinders and one 50 cu ft green cylinder observed inside the shop. <br />- One 1,000 gallon red gasoline tank observed on the west side of the shop. <br />- One 2,000 gallon red diesel tank observed on the west side of the shop. <br />- One 8,000 gallon "tractor" diesel observed on the southwest side of the shop. <br />- Two 55 gallon drums of kerosene observed inside the barn. <br />- One 55 gallon grey bulk tank of hydraulic observed inside west side of shop. <br />- One 110 gallon of motor oil observed inside the west side of shop. <br />- One white 55 gallon motor oil observed inside the west side of shop <br />- One 400 gallon propane tank observed on the north side of the shop. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #6 - Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: A site map was not completed and submitted as part of the business plan. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br />streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br />material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as “NA". <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Page 2 of 4
