S0 JOA U 1 Environmental Health Department <br /> U ; i y <br /> it Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> KATICICH RANCH 9974 E FAIRCHILD RD, STOCKTON February 15, 2023 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 104 CCR 66262.34(d)(2)No modified contingency plan. <br /> OBSERVATION: Modified contingency plan information was not posted at the facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in <br /> areas directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency <br /> telephone number of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the <br /> telephone number of the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the modified contingency plan information or keep a copy of a complete <br /> consolidated emergency response/contingency plan on-site. Provide a statement to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 301 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Observed 55 gallon open drum next the gasoline and diesel tank. The drum is full of oily water and <br /> overflowed into the ground. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close the drum. Manage the waste according to Title 22 California Code of <br /> Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement, disposal record, and photo(S)to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final disposition of the cleaned up waste. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Conducted a hazardous inspection. There were two violations during the inspection. Complete and submit a <br /> copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective <br /> actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by 3/17/2023. <br /> Wastes generated by this facility: <br /> -Used Oil <br /> -Used Anitfreeze <br /> -Drained Oil Filters <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign.
