Corrected on site, it was placed in the <br /> walk-in. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food shall be thawed under refrigeration completely submerged under cold running water of sufficient velocity <br /> to flush loose particles in microwave oven during the cooking process. Store raw <br /> meat food items separate from or under non raw meat products. Correct immediately. <br /> Observed uncovered food items in 4 D Coldtech, 2 D Randell reach-in, and walk-in. Cover food items when stored to <br /> prevent contamination. Correct immediately. <br /> Observed debris on ice machine deflector plate.
