Store raw <br /> meat food items completely separate from or under non raw meat food items to prevent contamination. Correct immediately. <br /> Observed uncovered food items in 4 D Coldtech and 2 D Randell reach-in. Cover food items when stored to prevent <br /> contamination. Correct immediately. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food shall be separated and protected from contamination.
