Clean today and maintain clean. <br /> Observed debris on wall in hallway where electric hot plate was stored and cardboard on wall. Clean wall today and remove <br /> cardboard and provide cleanable surface within 1 week. <br /> Observed dust/debris build up on ceiling vents near prep table near oven above 1 D Avantco prep top. Clean within 1 week <br /> and maintain clean. <br /> Observed damaged/deteriorated steel cove base inside and outside walk-in. Observed some foam used to seal gaps in <br /> coving outside walk-in. Remove foam and repair/replace walk-in coving with cleanable, durable material. Provide 3/8 in. <br /> minimum cove radius. Correct within 1 month. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers.
