Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The restroom hand sink soap dispenser was empty, observed bar of soap being used. Provide liquid <br />hand soap at this hand sink today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. Clean today and maintain clean. <br />Observed ice build up on back side and shelf of ice cream freezer chest. The number of toilet <br />facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances.
