All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The paper towel dispensers at the 2 comp sink and restroom hand sink were empty. Provide paper <br />towels in dispensers today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed Cloralen Triple Threat bleach near 2 comp sink, it is meant for household use only not as a <br />sanitizing agent per MSDS. No warewashing was being done during the inspection. Provide regular bleach that can be used <br />for sanitizing food contact surfaces immediately and email evidence of correction to dafonskaia@sjgov.org <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Clean and sanitize areas today and increase pest control measures as <br />necessary. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br /> #32 Food Properly Labeled and Honestly Presented <br />OBSERVATIONS: It appeared that ice was bagged but there was no ice machine on site, there was no information on the <br />bags of where ice was packaged. Provide label on each bag or on freezer lid stating the name and address of the facility <br />where the ice is bagged. Email information on where bagged ice is from to dafonskaia@sjgov.org within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Any food is misbranded if its labeling is false or misleading, if it is offered for sale under the name of another <br />food, or if it is an imitation of another food for which a definition and standard of identity has been established by regulation.
