THE INDIVIDUAL NOTICED ONSET OF SYMPTOMS 10/11/2023 AND STARTED WITH SEVERE <br /> EPIGASTRIC PAIN AND UNCONTROLLABLE DIARRHEA OCCURRING EVERY 15 MINS AND HAD A FEVER OF 100.9. <br /> THE INDIVIDUAL RECALLS THE PAIN WAS WORSE WHEN GOING TO THE BATHROOM. SALMONELLA WAS <br /> ISOLATED FROM THE STOOL CULTURE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
