SAN J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> b. A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code <br /> Council (ICC) <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) <br /> being installed <br /> 6. The service company must provide the following documentation to the tank owner/operator for <br /> an inspector to review during the annual UST inspection: <br /> a. Description of part(s) installed (parts list, cut sheets, etc.) <br /> b. Name & UST ICC # of the service technician performing the work (ICC, manufacturer <br /> certification proof, etc.) <br /> c. Testing documentation to verify installation and functionality of the repair <br /> 7. The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and ensure all UST information is current. <br /> 8. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of <br /> Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a complete list. <br /> 9. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval. If an extension to the expiration date is <br /> required, a written request must be submitted to this office prior to the expiration date. <br /> 10. Failure to comply with the listed conditions may result in additional fees or violations. <br /> 11.
