COMPLAINANT STATES THE WOMEN'S BATHROOM HAS CRACKED TILES ON THE GROUND THAT <br /> SHE BELIEVES COULD BE A SAFETY ISSUE. COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES THAT THE BATHROOM STALLS DON'T <br /> CLOSE IN THE WOMEN'S BATHROOM. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> General Manager is on site and is not aware of the complaint. <br /> Upon inspection this date: <br /> 1. There is no odor at the customer waiting area, the customer dining area, or in the restrooms <br /> 2.
