COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> 2:10 pm <br /> 1:35 pm <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: LEE'S CHINESSE RESTAURANT Date: 02/06/2023 <br />Address: 102 PIERCE AVE, MANTECA 95336 <br />Owner/Operator: LEE, LISA Telephone: (209) 239-2919 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0055554 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />RATS & RAT DROPPINGS ALL OVER THE RESTAURANT. A SIGN SAYS, "TAKE OUT ONLY," BECAUSE MANAGER <br />KNOWS SHE HAS RATS. COMPLAINANT POINTED OUT DROPPINGS TO MANAGER, WHO SAID THE DROPPINGS <br />WERE OLD. COMPLAINANT HAS PICTURES & VIDEOS. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: Hood filter has heavy grease accumulation. Clean the hood filter plates in 2 weeks. <br />Evidence of correction to be submitted to gfahmy@sjgov.org <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean.
