No water ways impacted. According to <br />today 11/29/2022 telephone conversation with Brian Closs of San Joaquin County <br />Public works, on 11/26/2022 a resident notified San Joaquin County Sheriffs of a <br />possible hydraulic fluid released onto the road. The resident that notified the <br />Sheriffs Office said a broken tractor had left the scene. San Joaquin County Public <br />works completed spill clean up using absorbents on 11/26/2022 and the waste <br />was taken to the SJC Public works yard for storage and disposal. The San <br />Joaquin County Public Works is still investigating the scene and additional clean <br />up may be necessary. Per telephone conversion 209 468 3074 with Brian Closs <br />some of the hydraulic fluid may have spread to the shoulders on each side of the <br />road. The San Joaquin County Public Works Superintendent will be on site today <br />(11/29/2022) to assess if additional clean up is required. Brian believe no soft soil <br />was impacted that may require excavation. To check with Brian on 11/30/2022 for <br />update. <br />Discuss spill report with Lead Senior John Alaniz and PC Elena Manzo. <br />Create complaint number and prepare prop 65 for mailing. <br />12/01/2022 Called Brain Closs 209 468 7034 for clean up update, he is off duty 12/01 and NSO <br />12/02. To call on Monday 12/05/2022 for update. <br />12/06/2022 Called 209 468 7034 Brian Closs for updated left a voice message. NSO <br />12/08/2022 Received a phone call from Brian Closs of the San Joaquin County Public works NSO <br />stating that after a visit of the impacted area by the San Joaquin County Public <br />Works Superintendent he determine that no additional cleanup of the impacted <br />area is required. <br />12/19/2022 Reviewed file records, update and abate.
