Gabby notified me the clean-up is complete SAEED <br /> and she is still waiting for the manifest copy. I told her to abate the complaint to the <br /> PR for reviewing manifest during the next routine. Confirmed she need to issue <br /> an OIR. <br /> 11/02/2022 Received Cal OES#22-6481. SAETERN <br /> Phoned Lauren Takos of Ramos Oil Co, 916-825-1000. Per Lauren, the driver of <br /> the tractor trailer truck released approximately 100 gallons of diesel, after failing to <br /> lock the truck cam lock fittings. The diesel was released into the berm area. <br /> Absorbents was deployed. Currently, Ramos clean up company is cleaning the <br /> diesel. However, they have requested for Fremout Environmental to assist with <br /> clean-up. <br /> Updated J. Alaniz, Lead REHS. <br /> Phoned Gabby Garcias, informed her of the situation. <br /> Generated complaint. <br /> 11/02/2022 5-6:20-Arrived on site. Per Lauren Takos, only about 30 gallons of diesel were GARCIA-MEJIA <br /> actually released and approximately 2 and a half 55-gallon metal drums of waste <br /> was generated. The drums were taken to their facility at 1515 S. River Rd., West <br /> Sacramento 95691. No storm drains or water ways were impacted. Clean up was <br /> completed by Ramos Environmental Services. <br /> Provide final disposal records to the EHD for the waste generated. <br /> 7:02-8:37-Left the site. Issued an official inspection report to Lauren at <br /> 'laurent@ramosoil.com' <br /> (216 total time) <br /> 11/02/2022 Received a call from Kristina and John informing me of the spill report received.
