Called and talk <br />with Jaime Lima (Environmental Contact), the release had stopped and contained <br />no waterways or storm drain impacted. Absorbent pads were applied on impacted <br />surface area and secured. Clean up expected to be completed by Super <br />industries employees and the waste generated from the clean up operation will be <br />disposed as hazardous waste. Verification will be done during our next scheduled <br />hazardous waste inspection since facility is permitted. <br />06/29/2022 Clean up completed on 06/28/2022. Received clean up photos from Jaime Lima. NSO <br />Create Photo log. One drum 55 gallon of waste was generated from clean up <br />operations. Drum labeled as hazardous waste see photo. To verify disposal <br />records on PRO514244. <br />07/06/2022 Reviewed record files to abate complaint. NSO <br />11/17/2022 Updated information to abate.
