Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: AJS MINI MART INC, 7906 N EL DORADO ST, STOCKTON 95210 <br />Food Program Official Inspection Report <br /> #41 Plumbing Maintained; Approved Back Flow Device <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed a new smoothie machine in the facility that does not drain to an approved floor sink. <br />Currently draining to a bucket. <br />Discontinue use of this piece of equipment until it is draining to a floor sink or other approved waste receptor. <br />Mop sink lacks hot water. <br />Provide hot and cold water at this sink with hot water at a minimum of 120F. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device, as required <br />by applicable plumbing codes. (114192) All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local plumbing <br />ordinances, shall be maintained so as to prevent any contamination, and shall be kept clean, fully operative, and in good repair.
