<br />OBSERVATIONS: Currently condensate hose for 5 D display in market drains onto floor in back area and is creating a
<br />puddle. Provide drainage of condensate hose into an approved receptacle so that no puddle is created. Correct today and
<br />email evidence of correction to dafonskaia@sjgov.org within 1 week.
