SAN O U I Environmental Health Department <br /> Time In: 10:00 am <br /> Time Out: 10:20 am <br /> COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Name of Facility: BURGER KING#9796 Date: 03/01/2023 <br /> Address: 1108 E YOSEMITE AVE, ESCALON 95320 <br /> Owner/Operator: JONATHAN ALIABADI Telephone: (209)838-3040 <br /> Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00055607 <br /> Responsible Party Contact: <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ORDER FISH SANDWICH AND CHICKEN NUGGETS ON MONDAY 2/20/23 AT AROUND 2PM AND <br /> NOTICED THE BOTH SANDWICH AND NUGGETS WERE A DARK BROWN AND TASTED BURNT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> As per General Manager, he is not aware of the complaint. No fish prepared on site during my inspection. Chicken nuggets on <br /> the hot hold, is at 151 F and don't have any dark brown debris.
