Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: SAN MARCOS TAQUERIA, 290 N MAIN ST, MANTECA 95336 <br />Food Program Official Inspection Report <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: 3 D reach in cooler/ under prep table at the cook line, has sticky debris on their doors outer surfaces and <br />has food debris at <br />bottom shelf and splatter on its doors interior surfaces. Clean interior and exterior surfaces today and regularly after. <br />Back 2 D Traulsen cooler and freezer have food debris on the bottom shelf and build ups on its storage racks. Clean <br />surfaces today and as needed. <br />Hood fire suppressing pipes have grease accumulation. Clean pipes today and as needed. <br />Sides of the fryer and the surface, underneath the griddle, have grease. Clean surfaces today and as needed. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: I observe dirty utensils in the prep sink compartment. Remove dirty utensils from prep sink to be <br />manually washed in the 3 comp sink today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br />materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method.
