Will investigate this complaint on Monday. <br />Hemet 7138, but may change to 440 Goya per NA who did the inspection today. <br />Provided multiple information to NA by phone and by email. <br />440 Goya Drive, Stockton. Complaint address changed from 7138 Hemet Ave to <br />440 Goya Drive. <br />Observed sewage discharge from clean out. The sewage discharge on to the <br />street running down to the storm drain. <br />Spoke with the on of the tenants. She provided property management contact <br />information. <br />Called public works and left Troy voicemail regardina the impact of storm drain. <br />The property is managed by star management . Called <br />management company and spoke with Silvia. Let her know the situation. She <br />stated they will get a professional out and correct the issue. <br />440 Goya Drive, Stockton. Photo log and NTA generated and put in Shannon in <br />box to be mailed out certified to the owner. <br />Received phone call from Troy. Troy stated that area is not his it belongs to city of <br />stockton municipal utility unit. <br />Called city of stockton municipal unit 209-937-8341 and spoke with operator. Let <br />the operator know about the issue. Operator stated they will send personal to <br />investigate. <br />Received update from Silvia. She stated Starr Property Mgmt. sent out Preferred <br />plumbing company out to clean up and they discovered the tight line blockage was <br />on city of stockton side. Since then city of stockton came out and cleaned up the <br />area. <br />I called city of stockton and spoke with Ryan to confirm. Ryan confirmed it was city <br />of stockon side that was plugged and they sent out team and did all the clean up. <br />City of Stockton will be billed as they are the responsible party. <br />440 Goya Drive, Stockton. Arrived at the site and verified cleanup has been <br />completed. Took photos. <br />Photo log.
