A emergency coordinator is not <br />specified. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency coordinator or his designee must respond to any emergencies that <br />arise. The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas directly involved in <br />the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number of the <br />emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of the <br />fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information at the facility. Provide a statement to the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br />This is a Class ll violation. <br />110 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br />OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br />years during the inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br />with section 66262.23(a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br />which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br />waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 2018-2021 for all hazardous <br />waste including paint waste and paint equipment cleaning waste solvent.
