MD heating and cooling company suspect that <br />the fired employee is trying to retaliate against MD heating and cooling company. <br />I talked with the MD Smith heating and cooling owner (Matt Smith) he <br />acknowledge work was done at the location by an employee he fired today for <br />poor work performance, when asked "what do you do with the captured freon" he <br />said they used it. Matt also stated no freon was released on that day. I talked with <br />the homeowner Toinette Rossi, she said her son leaves at that location an air <br />conditioning unit replacement was done on 10/03/2022, she knows that no incident <br />occurred or freon released to the atmosphere that day . Per the homeowner the <br />service company were on site to install a new air conditioning unit and they took <br />the old unit away and every thing went normal to the best of her knowledge, no <br />incident or evacuation reported . <br />Create complaint number and prepare prop 65. <br />10/24/2022 Reviewed complaint and abate as unable to verify.
