OBSERVATION: UST Tank Information forms are not current in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). The tank form for diesel listed the vapor piping as fiberglass.There is no vapor piping for diesel. REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class ll. 106 CCR 2632(d), 2641(h)Failure to submit and maintain a current facility plot plan/site map. OBSERVATION:An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. The site map lists floats and chains in each of the UDC's. Sensors and not float and chains were observed in the UDC's during the inspection. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and clearly identify locations of the following equipment, if installed: 1) monitoring panels; 2) in-tank liquid level probes (if used for leak detection); 3)devices monitoring tank annular spaces or vault;4)devices monitoring product piping; 5)devices monitoring fill piping; 6) devices monitoring vent piping; 7)devices monitoring vapor recovery piping; 8)devices monitoring vent/transition sumps; 9)devices monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10)line leak detectors; and 11)devices monitoring any other secondary containment areas. CORRECTIVE ACTION:This was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class 11. 115 CCR 2638(c), 2638(d)Failure to submit"Monitoring System Certification Form"within 30 days of completion of the test. OBSERVATION:Annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing was performed on 4/28/2022 and a test report was submitted on 7/5/2022, 38 days late. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. CORRECTIVE ACTION:Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are performed in a timely manner. This is a repeat violation, Class II.
