Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: Customer rest room hand sink has temp at 60F. Clean shelf today and as needed. <br />Walk in cooler compressor fans covers have dirt build up. Clean covers today and as needed. <br />Prepackaged food (ships stations) shelves are dirty. Clean and sanitize shelves today and regularly after. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #38 Approved / Sufficient Ventilation and Lighting <br />OBSERVATIONS: Customer rest room has dim light. Provide adequate light in 1 week. <br />Walk in cooler has 1 light bulb off. Replace light bulb in1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Exhaust hoods shall be provided to remove toxic gases, heat, grease, vapors and smoke and be approved by <br />the local building department. Canopy-type hoods shall extend 6" beyond all cooking equipment. All areas shall have sufficient ventilation <br />to facilitate proper food storage. Toilet rooms shall be vented to the outside air by a screened openable window, an air shaft, or a <br />light-switch activated exhaust fan, consistent with local building codes.
