The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for TRACY SHELL as of March 10, 2023. <br /> Open violations from January 20, 2022 inspection <br /> Violation #117 - Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> OBSERVATION This business did not provide a written response to the inspection report dated 11/02/2017 within <br /> 30 days. The report was delivered to the business on 11/02/2017. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The operator of the site or facility which receives an inspection report shall submit a <br /> written response to the department or the local officer or agency authorized to enforce this chapter pursuant to <br /> subdivision (a) of Section 25180 within 60 days of receipt of the inspection report, or within a shorter time as the <br /> department or the local officer or agency may reasonably require, which shall include a statement documenting <br /> corrective actions taken by the operator or proposing corrective actions which will be taken by the operator, for <br /> purposes of compliance with this chapter, or disputing the existence of the violation. The local agency, the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, requires response within 30 days. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #601 - Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days (90 days acute / extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site without an accumulation start date: <br /> one black metal 55 gallon drum of oily debris <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
