On the other 3 Wednesdays, hot food( Pizza, Burritos), from <br />approved sources, is delivered at 11AM to be served immediately to students. <br />Disposable plates are used to serve food to students. <br />3 comp sink is used as hand sink ( washing hands in the washing compartment of the ware wash sink). <br />Bleach on site. <br />Chlorine 200 ppm spray bottle is used to sanitize food contact surfaces. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
