<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed individual bagged beans without individual labels. Label each package of beans with the
<br />following information:
<br />1. Common name of the food.
<br />2. Quantity
<br />3. Name and Address of Business (doing the prepackaging).
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Any food is misbranded if its labeling is false or misleading, if it is offered for sale under the name of another
<br />food, or if it is an imitation of another food for which a definition and standard of identity has been established by regulation. Food facilities

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed a large rectangular opening on the wooden ceiling in the middle room above the mop sink.
<br />Seal ceiling with like materials. Correct within seven days.

<br />shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from food and food-contact surfaces the facility shall be

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Facility is currently prepackaged food items only. Current floors do not meet current flooring retirement.
<br />At the time operator chooses to remodel the floor, only use approved materials for flooring. If operator chooses to change
<br />program type to include food preparation, the current floors and sinks will need to be upgraded to meet the following code
<br />requirements:
<br />The floor surfaces in all food preparation or packaging areas, open food storage areas, utensil washing areas, refuse
<br />storage areas, janitorial areas, and all restroom and employee change areas, shall be smooth and of durable construction
<br />and nonabsorbent material which is easily cleaned. These floor surfaces shall be coved at the juncture at the floor and wall
<br />with a three-eighths (3/8) inch minimum radius coving and shall extend up the wall at least four (4) inches. Rubber or vinyl
<br />top set base is not permitted in these areas.
<br />Correct at time of upgrade or if changing program type.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor
<br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
<br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original
<br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. (114143 (d),
