The remainder of Giannone Park(11 acres +/-) is not proposed to be changed. <br /> The underlying project is an 88-unit apartment complex for affordable housing to include construction of 8 apartment <br /> buildings totaling 100,320 square feet and a 7,334 square foot community center. The apartment buildings include 5 <br /> buildings totaling 45,600 square feet and 3 buildings totaling 54,720 square feet with 60 two-bedroom units and 28 three- <br /> bedroom units. Units may be reconfigured as one-bedroom and four-bedroom units within the same footprint and not to <br /> exceed a total of 88 units. The 7,334 square foot community center includes a new daycare facility, medical clinic, <br /> community assembly room, and rental space. A total of 135 parking spaces are proposed. Access to the site will be from <br /> a new driveway along N. Golden Gate Avenue. The site is proposed to be served by CalWater for water service, East Side <br /> Sanitary Sewer Project for wastewater, and the Department of Public Works for storm drainage. The project site is not <br /> under a Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned P-F (Public Facilities)and the General Plan designation is OS/PR (Parks and Recreation). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is at the northwest corner of E.
