Adjust unit to maintain food at 41 F and below. Correct <br /> today. (REPEAT) <br /> The chili in the dispenser was observed at 127 F. Adjust unit so that chili is held at 135 F and above. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F.
