COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES IT MAY BE CAUSING RODENT AND BUG ISSUES. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #42 Disposal of Garbage and Refuse <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Dumpsters are over filled with garbage and refuse bags and some bags are on the grounds. I observe 4 <br /> black garbage bags, scattered trash (used cups and lids)and cut tree branches in the parking lot. Garbage should be <br /> picked up frequently and regularly from facility. Remove all the garbage bags and scattered trash from parking lot today and <br /> as needed. Close dumpsters with lids today and at all times. <br /> CAL CODE DESCRIPTION:All food waste and rubbish shall be kept in leakproof and rodent proof containers. Containers shall be <br /> covered at all times. All waste must be removed and disposed of as frequently as necessary to prevent a nuisance. The exterior <br /> premises of each food facility shall be kept clean and free of litter and rubbish.
