COMPLAINANT STATES THIS <br /> IS THE SECOND COMPLAINT MADE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> As per person in charge, she is not aware of the complaint. <br /> Raw chicken is received either frozen to be stored in the walk in freezer or cooled at 41 F to be stored in the walk in cooler. <br /> Batches are pulled from the walk in freezer 48 hrs prior to be thawed in walk in cooler. Regular and crispy chicken are cooked <br /> in pressure cooker at 350F for 16 minutes to be held on the hot hold for 2-4 hours time control. popcorn chicken,fries and hot <br /> wings to be fried in the open fryer at 350 for 4-9 minutes then held on the hot hold for 2-4 hours time control. Raw chicken <br /> walk in cooler temp is at 41 F.
