LOEHRER <br />Dave Larson who is the environmental clean up guy for PG&E was on site. <br />01/13/2023 Received complaint from John A. who was notified by Alex Steele, of PG&E. <br />Arrived on site at 8216 E Peltier Rd, Acampo CA 95220 with Nick L to verify clean <br />up. Once on site we met with Alex Steele who informed us that approximately 10 <br />gallons of mineral oil were released from transformer onto the soil. Per Alex, oil is <br />less than 5 parts per billion PCBs. Clean up was conducted by Pacific Petroleum <br />California. 2 55-gallon drums of waste were generated and were going to be taken <br />to 4040 West Lane, Stockton CA 95204. <br />01/17/2023 Completed form 5104. Completed Prop 65. <br />GARCIA-MEJIA <br />LOEHRER <br />01/17/2023 Saved photos to the public drive and generated a photo log. Completed dailies GARCIA-MEJIA <br />from 1/13/23. <br />01/19/2023 Generated an inspection report for the clean up that was witnessed on 1/13/23. <br />Emailed report to Alex Steel at r2sv@pge.com and printed it to add to the file. Also <br />printed the photos and photo log. <br />01/23/2023 Called Alex Steele, (209-337-8902) to ask whether samples were collected for this <br />complaint. Alex stated that they did send out samples for testing and the results <br />came back as non detect. He forwarded me the sample results and I reviewed <br />them and printed them out to add them to the file.
